To submit your bag or accessory for repair: Bring it to any Coach Retail store, with your receipt and we will be happy to assist you.
Coach Repair Policy
- Any repairs must be accompanied by the original official Coach Thailand receipt or e-invoice.
- Repairs are made at no charge within 12 months of purchase.
- Purchase that are older than 12 months will be repaired on a pre-paid basis.
- Ready to wear, footwear and jewellry product are not applied.
- Coach Thailand reserves the right to change or edit the return, exchange and repair policies.
- Where a dispute arises, the decision of Coach Thailand shall be final. The Coach Thailand Exchange and Repair Policies are subject to applicable laws.
Coach Thailand Warranty Service
Enjoy a one-year warranty service for product purchased at Coach Thailand. This warranty service includes part replacement, service/repair or product replacement if the product does not function as described properly due to being faulty product because of production error.
Coach Thailand have a right to determine the final decision of warranty service.
Bags warranty Service Policy
12 months warranty service from purchased date
Applicable for Hardware & Quality related leather/ fabric issues
Warranty is void if it is caused by customer negligence or wear and tear
Watches warranty service policy
- 1 year warranty service from purchase date for the battery life, machine faulty, exclude straps
- Wear and tear problem won’t be covered by warranty (due to one’s usage - glass chipped or cracked, leather strap worn out, scratches or dents on case, etc)
- Repair warranty only applies 1 year after repair
- Customer can go directly to the Coach nearest store for the repair.
