We hope you will enjoy your Coach products for many years to come. Most of our core Coach leathers can be cleaned with our Coach Leather Cleaner and Coach Leather Moisturizer set.

How do I clean my product?

We make our products with various types of fabrics and leathers. Leather can be cleaned and restored with our Coach Cleaner and Moisturizer Set.

The signature jacquard fabric can be cleaned with our Coach Signature Fabric Cleaner. 

We do not suggest the cleaners or moisturizer be used on ink, grease or oil stains. We offer a brush and eraser to clean our suede and Nubuck products.

 

Leather Cleaner:

Directions:To remove dirt, apply a small amount with a clean, soft cloth using circular strokes. Wipe off residue and let dry for 30 minutes. We recommend using Coach Leather Moisturizer after cleaning to enhance the luster. Please use the Coach Leather Cleaner as directed by the care card.

 

Leather Moisturizer:

Directions: To remove dirt and condition after cleaning, apply evenly with a clean, soft cloth using circular strokes. Wipe off residue and buff gently to produce a natural luster. Please use the Coach Leather Moisturizer as directed by the care card.

 

Note: Coach Leather Cleaner should not be used on Sport Calf, suede or haircalf leathers. Coach Leather Moisturizer should not be used on buffalo, calfskin, suede or haircalf

 

Product Repair

To submit your bag or accessory for repair: Bring it to any Coach Retail store, with your receipt and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Coach Repair Policy

  • Any repairs must be accompanied by the original official Coach Thailand receipt or e-invoice.
  • Repairs are made at no charge within 12 months of purchase.
  • Purchase that are older than 12 months will be repaired on a pre-paid basis.
  • Ready to wear, footwear and jewellry product are not applied.
  • Coach Thailand reserves the right to change or edit the return, exchange and repair policies.
  • Where a dispute arises, the decision of Coach Thailand shall be final. The Coach Thailand Exchange and Repair Policies are subject to applicable laws.

 

Coach Thailand Warranty Service

Enjoy a one-year warranty service for product purchased at Coach Thailand. This warranty service includes part replacement, service/repair or product replacement if the product does not function as described properly due to being faulty product because of production error.

Coach Thailand have a right to determine the final decision of warranty service.

 

Bags warranty Service Policy

 

12 months warranty service from purchased date

Applicable for Hardware & Quality related leather/ fabric issues

Warranty is void if it is caused by customer negligence or wear and tear

 

Watches warranty service policy

  • 1 year warranty service from purchase date for the battery life, machine faulty, exclude straps
  • Wear and tear problem won’t be covered by warranty (due to one’s usage - glass chipped or cracked, leather strap worn out, scratches or dents on case, etc)
  • Repair warranty only applies 1 year after repair
  • Customer can go directly to the Coach nearest store for the repair.
